Job Title
Order Administrator at Howard Ternes Packaging Co
Pay RangeBase pay range: $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Location5902 Decatur Blvd, Indianapolis, IN 46241
Scope of WorkSupport ATI Sales and Service in the Global Parts Distribution Center; work closely with OEMs and distributors to ensure timely fulfillment. Main functions include:
- Run various reports and update daily/monthly.
- Maintain and analyze customer orders.
- Expedite material through Global Supply Chain.
- Process customer orders, upgrades, and cancellations.
- Detail oriented and professional communication both verbally and written.
- Team player.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least 2 years of office/administrative experience.
- Typing, data entry, filing, and form completion skills.
- Proficiency with SAP, Outlook, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and the Internet.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, multi‑task environment.
- Quick learner with reliable attendance and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Full‑time, entry level, fixed contract position.
