- Collaborate with team members to coordinate and support office activities.
- Perform data entry and maintain databases as required.
- Answer and manage incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Take accurate messages and ensure they reach the appropriate person.
- Assist in maintaining organized and up-to-date files and records.
- Handle general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and mailing.

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
