About the role
Remote Recruitment is hiring a Procurement Administrator for a UK based employer, fully remote from South Africa. You will own purchase orders and supplier administration for a growing UK business.
What you'll do- Raise and track purchase orders
- Obtain and compare supplier quotes
- Maintain supplier records and contract details
- Chase deliveries and resolve invoice queries with finance
- Produce monthly spend reports
- Collaborate with suppliers and the finance team to keep records clean
- 1 to 2 years in procurement, purchasing or buying admin
- Experience raising purchase orders in an ERP such as SAP, Sage or Net Suite
- Strong Excel skills
- Clear written English for supplier communication
- Accuracy with numbers and documents
- Nice to have CIPS study, completed or in progress; experience with UK suppliers
