Service Technician to join our growing service team. We’re looking for a technician with strong diagnostic abilities, proven repair experience, and ASE/Ford certifications. In this role, you'll handle repair orders efficiently, accurately diagnose issues, and help deliver the high-quality service our customers expect.

Perform work listed on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy
Test-drive vehicles and utilize diagnostic equipment to evaluate systems and components
Diagnose, maintain, and repair systems including engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, steering, brakes, A/C, and more
Communicate clearly with the Service Advisor regarding additional needed repairs and time estimates
Complete warranty repairs following manufacturer guidelines
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Deliver professional, courteous service to customers and teammates
Stay current with manufacturer training, bulletins, and new technologies
2+ years of automotive service technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
ASE Certification required
Ford Certification strongly preferred
Previous Ford dealership experience is a plus
B-level diagnostic, electrical, and engine repair capabilities
Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic skills
Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and desire to continuously improve
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
