• Used car inventory acquisition and management
• Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
• Work closely with general manager, service manager and dealership vendor partners to maximize department performance
• Assist in running controllable expense elements for the Used Vehicle Departments
• Analyze business metrics to resolve shortfalls and implement action plans to elevate performance

• Used Car Manager experience is required
• V-Auto experience preferred
• Reynolds and Reynolds experience preferred
• Shown success in used car acquisition and management
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Enthusiastic personality with high-energy attitude
• Ability to boost morale during the sales workday and improve profitability
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
