As an Automotive Technician, you will:

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests.
• Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest needs.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and deliver outstanding results.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 3+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• A-level or B-level experience is a plus.
• The ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

This role requires:

• The ability to occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Comfort working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• The ability to work in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• The stamina to walk or stand for most of the workday.
• Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficiency in navigating a computer.
