Diagnose, inspect, maintain, and repair vehicles according to dealership and manufacturer standards.

Identify additional maintenance and repair needs and communicate findings to Service Advisors.

Complete repairs accurately, efficiently, and safely.

Perform quality checks and road tests to ensure repairs are completed correctly.

Maintain accurate repair documentation and keep your workspace clean and organized.

Stay current with automotive technology, technical bulletins, and manufacturer training.

Follow all dealership safety procedures and applicable regulations.

3-5 years of related automotive repair experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Automotive technical training or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

Valid Indiana driver’s license and a good driving record.

Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy parts or equipment, with reasonable accommodations as required.
