ARC Indy is an engineering services company supporting a variety of clients in automotive, aerospace, consumer products and emerging tech sectors. We were established in 1998 to support teams in open wheel racing and have since expanded into multiple industries. Our strength comes from combining engineering disciplines with our racing background to provide effective and fast solutions to our clients.

About the Role

As the Business Development Manager you will own the sales strategy and revenue generation functions. You will expand ARC’s presence into new markets and strengthen relationships across a diverse client base. You will work in partnership with our Engineers to create cutting edge solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and grow opportunities across multiple industries
  • Introduce ARC’s capabilities to OEMs, tier suppliers, startups, and R&D groups
  • Develop proposals, manage sales cycles, and coordinate with internal engineering teams
  • Understand industry trends and translate them into new service opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Engineering degree or previous experience in Technical Sales
  • 3 - 4 years of prior industry related business development experience
  • Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Ability to adapt technical solutions to industry-specific needs
