Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to optimize costs and supplier performance.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors to secure the best pricing, terms, and service levels.
- Ensure inventory levels meet business needs while minimizing excess stock.
- Analyze market trends and sourcing opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency.
- Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to align procurement with business goals.
- Proven experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar procurement role.
- Experience leading teams.
- Direct involvement with BOMs.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of cost savings and supplier relationship management.
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic purchasing decisions.
- Knowledge of supply chain best practices and ERP systems.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
