• Rotations across core functions such as Project Management, Technical Sales, Logistics, Inventory Control, Business Development, Warehouse & Business Operations, Purchasing, and more.
• Mentorship sessions with experienced leaders who will guide your growth.
• Travel to training sessions across the country for broader exposure.
• Structured coursework in electrical systems, robotics process automation, artificial intelligence, industry 4.0 methodologies, sales, and management to build a strong leadership foundation.
