Business Director Responsibilities
  • Assists with implementation and ensures all employees follow Company policies, administers benefit enrollment, orientation, and general HR responsibilities.
  • Supports the human resources functions to assist the leadership team accomplish goals through people including personnel records, orientation, employee retention efforts, leave of absence, and recruitment assistance within the community.
  • Ensures compliance with all laws, rules, and regulations (i.e., HIPAA, State Regulations, OSHA, infection control protocols).
  • Prepares census changes, enters payments, ancillary charges, and processes resident renewals and closes the AR books for each period; maintains accounts payable and routes invoices to appropriate department.
  • Verifies and maintains all employee records and manages direct reports.
  • Verifies and submits timecards for bi-weekly payroll and tracks used PTO time for all staff.
Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Finance or a related field and two (2) years of experience with business office functions; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years in business office management, finance or accounting preferred.
