Collections Representative

The Collections Representative position requires an Associate's Degree (preferred) and/or equivalent work experience in a collections environment.

• Minimum of 5 years of accounting and collections experience
• Minimum of 5 years of customer service experience
• Previous commercial collection experience required
• Experience reconciling complex accounts with multiple locations
• Progressive experience in commercial collections in a B2B environment
• Results-driven with initiative
• Proven ability to reduce complex portfolios by 35-40% monthly
• Extensive research and skip tracing skills

• Manage assigned portfolio of delinquent accounts through relationship building
• Resolve debts in a manner beneficial to both customer and company by initiating and receiving collection calls via multiple communication methods
• Handle complex account reconciliation and balancing concerns through research
• Achieve portfolio reduction targets consistently
