Transportation Manager

Whether you're early in your career or seasoned, this Transportation Manager role offers a real chance to make your mark. What anchors this Carmel job is ownership; the $106,000 - $155,000, the internship hours, the 8-year ask all hang off that.

• Partner sideways with teams who rarely sit in the same room
• Hand off Creativity work clean enough that nobody has to ask twice
• Chase down the root cause instead of slapping on a patch
• Keep showing up for the Carmel, IN work after the launch buzz fades
• Own the follow-through after the general meeting ends
• Deliver scrappy results that align with broader business objectives
• Catch the Change Management regression a tired reviewer would miss
• Push back, respectfully, when a Continuous Learning shortcut will cost us later

• Experience at the manager level inside an internship role
• Written communication clear enough to survive a forwarded email chain
• The discipline to finish the boring 20% that makes the rest matter
• Comfort owning general decisions in an IN market
• The kind of curiosity that reads the docs before asking
