As our Project Manager, you will serve as the executive leader for your assigned project(s). There are expectations regarding performance and culture, but there is also the freedom to manage creatively as an individual. The most successful PMs are self‑driven, complete, show hustle, take ownership, and act professionally. But our employees are not expected to work in a silo. Our management team is hands‑on and helps overcome roadblocks to maintain project success and balance work and life.

CPM works across a range of industries on new and exciting projects. They range from $100,000 to $20+ million. PMs work out of the office during scheduled meetings and then spend as much time on‑site as they deem necessary. They are expected to manage and work with the superintendent and project engineer as a team. In addition to accessible assistance from the Director of Operations, office staff, and the estimating team, it is a team with a positive attitude that supports one another and our clients.

• Liaison to the project team to ensure project success and profitability.
• Review billing and project financials with the project manager and project financial specialist.
• Direct and professional problem‑solving communication with subcontractors and vendors to overcome roadblocks diplomatically.
• Oversee multiple projects from a 30,000 ft view.
• Internal presentations on project status to management.
• Manage contract and change order disputes.

• Three‑Five years of Project Management experience, either in commercial, multi‑family, or retail construction.
• Bachelor's degree; construction management is a plus!
