• Manage all aspects of project application field delivery for Specialty Products
• Facilitate agency, contractor and applicator training and development to ensure proper product applications to meet or exceed all quality standards while adhering to all safety protocols
• Record and file field reports
• Identify relevant projects, maintain project plans, project tracking, produce project profiles, related documents, and summary reports along with periodic project review inspections
• Plan and execute travel schedules to support multiple and simultaneous project activities
• Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, including but not limited to continuously growing in alignment with the Company’s core values, competencies, and skills.

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field preferred

• 5+ years relevant work experience required
• Hot mix asphalt or field paving experience preferred
• Experience with successful project management, inclusive of project estimates for material requirements and deliverables required

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability for significant travel at peak of highway paving construction season, inclusive of overnight travel
• Ability to attend conferences and events where customers are present for relationship building
