Field Capture Technician

Buildots is changing the way construction projects are managed through the power of AI and Computer Vision.

The company has developed software that analyzes captures taken from stick-mounted 360° cameras during regular site walks. The images are systematically analyzed and compared to the design & schedule, providing accurate, high-resolution, objective data that allows the site team to better manage their construction work in real‑time.

The Field Capture Technician is an operator of reality capture equipment, namely 360° cameras and other surveying equipment. Technicians are expected to fully capture the construction site using different equipment and methodologies that are most effectively analyzed by Buildots algorithms.

• Efficiently capture a large-scale construction site using a 360° camera as one of the most significant sites in the area.
• Communicate and document the work being done on the construction site.
• Maintain personal safety and the safety of the site and equipment, adhering to all safety precautions.

• Availability for at least 2 full working days per week
  , starting immediately, during daytime hours.
• On‑site presence is required at the project site located in Lebanon, Indiana on those days, with a clear path to full‑time employment in the near future.
• Willingness and ability to work on construction sites with challenging conditions.
• Ability to perform a lot of walking and some physical work.
• A valid driver’s license is required, as on‑site operations may involve driving company‑provided vehicles.
• Be personable, communicative, independent, and reliable.
• Flexible and problem‑solving attitude.
• Field‑work experience and technical orientation are advantages.
• Background in surveying, photography, drones, or construction is a big advantage.

Hourly wage: $35 per hour.

Lebanon, Indiana (on‑site).
