Location: Indianapolis

Structure Resources is seeking multiple Electrical Foremen for direct‑hire opportunities with a growing, nationally recognized electrical and industrial contractor. We’re looking for seasoned Foremen with strong field experience and leadership skills who are ready to run crews, support project execution, and drive safe, efficient jobsite performance. This is a full‑time, direct‑hire role offering excellent hourly pay and long‑term stability with a company that values its workforce and fosters professional growth.

What They're Looking For
  • Several years of experience in electrical or industrial construction, preferably as a Foreman
  • Proven ability to lead field crews and support project execution on time and on budget
  • Solid understanding of construction best practices, safety standards, and quality execution
  • Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings and documentation
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and team‑leadership skills
  • Experience coordinating manpower, materials, and daily field logistics
  • Comfort working in dynamic environments and supporting multiple crews
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead on‑site field crews and oversee daily construction activities
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
  • Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to support project progress
  • Support Project Managers with scheduling, field coordination, and reporting
  • Monitor productivity, quality, and adherence to project plans
  • Conduct daily jobsite briefings and help enforce best practices
  • Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
  • Interface professionally with clients, subcontractors, and other trades
