Project Engineer – ConstructionIn this role you will be based on the construction project site and will service clients in a multi‑state region, possibly traveling across the country. You will assist through closeout within the Life Sciences/Biotech/Pharmaceuticals sector and work on large, complex, iconic design‑build projects $30 million and above. The project engineer is part of a team responsible for taking projects from conceptual stages through closeout.
Responsibilities- Build client and subcontractor relationships.
- Team with architects, engineers and planners to create and manage a design schedule.
- Assist in establishing project forecasts and budgets.
- Manage costs.
- Accept responsibility for project execution.
- Mentor and develop interns and new incoming project management staff.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field.
- 0–5 years of experience managing construction projects, ideally design‑build.
- Knowledge of construction principles, practices and technology.
- Experience on a successful project‑management team.
- Ability to walk a job site, climb ladders and scale multi‑floor scaffolding.
- Ability to lift objects of at least 50 lbs.
- This position will service clients regionally.

The salary range for this position considers a wide range of factors including education, qualifications, skills, training, experience, certifications, internal equity and location. Compensation decisions are made on a case‑by‑case basis.
