- Supervise daily construction site operations to ensure projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
- Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, vendors, site inspectors, and field crews.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and progress to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, building codes, and construction standards.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment, materials, and job sites to maintain quality and safety.
- Prepare reports, construction schedules, and redlined project plans for owners, architects, project managers, and management.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and other construction professionals to resolve site issues.
- Assist with field labor tasks and operate hand and power tools, forklifts, skid loaders, and other equipment as directed.
- Train new team members and ensure crews follow established procedures and safety practices.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure job site by properly handling materials and storing tools and equipment.
- Take job site photographs and ensure they are uploaded to the appropriate company project folders.
- Complete required paperwork and travel between multiple construction sites as needed.
- Ensure materials and equipment are available to support uninterrupted project progress.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in the construction industry.
- Valid driver's license.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of construction site operations, safety regulations, and building codes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate field crews effectively.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment and materials.
- Experience operating hand and power tools, forklifts, skid loaders, or similar equipment is beneficial.
