Pave America is seeking a reliable Asphalt Crew Laborer to join our paving team in Indianapolis. You will assist in preparing surfaces, laying and finishing asphalt on roads, driveways, parking lots, and more. This is physically demanding and requires safety awareness and teamwork.
Responsibilities include surface prep, shoveling, operating hand tools, feeding asphalt to machines, and maintaining workflow with foremen. You must be able to work outdoors in various conditions and travel as needed.
