Reporting to the Director of Team Content, the Lead Producer for Football will drive the creative video vision for one of the most storied programs in college athletics—Notre Dame Football. As part of the Athletics Department’s External Affairs team and the award‑winning Fighting Irish Media department, this role leads the charge on all team‑centric video production for Notre Dame Football. You’ll shape the stories, moments, and behind‑the‑scenes experiences that define the program—bringing energy, creativity, and a cinematic eye to every project.

Lead the creative vision for all Notre Dame Football video content, including live game coverage, highlight reels, promotional materials, and archival projects. Collaborate with the media team to plan shoots, scout locations, and coordinate talent. Direct and supervise production crews, ensuring high‑quality visuals and sound that meet the department’s standards. Oversee post‑production workflows, manage timelines, and deliver polished final cuts to internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree (4 years)
- Minimum 5+ years of college/university or professional video production experience, including network and content creation
- Expert‑level knowledge of video production: ENG camera operation, Adobe Suite (Premiere Pro & After Effects), lighting, audio, and staging
- Production reel demonstrating previous work
Salary:
Up to $90,000.. Resume, cover letter, and video production reel are required.
