Job Description
This isn't your typical customer service job. We're looking for a professional who enjoys providing excellent service and helping clients choose their individual meals to be delivered and reschedule any missed deliveries.
Daily Tasks- Handle up to 100 calls a day
- Troubleshoot and solve customer inquiries
- Reschedule missed deliveries
- Maintain client files
- Keep a neat, clean, organized work area
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to sit for multiple hours a day
- Ability to use computers and telephones efficiently
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am - 5:00pm
- Paid lunch and break
- Off Thanksgiving and Christmas, paid
