Teller, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

As a Teller at Kentland Bank, you will be the welcoming face of our bank, creating meaningful first impressions and building lasting relationships with our customers. In this role, you’ll assist customers with transactions, educate them on our wide range of financial products and services, and ensure their banking experience is seamless and secure. You’ll also contribute to the team’s success by identifying opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction, sharing ideas for improvement, and fostering a spirit of collaboration.

• Greet each customer with a warm welcome and aim to create a personal connection while assisting them with their needs.
• Develop a thorough understanding of our bank’s accounts, products, and services to confidently guide customers and provide knowledgeable referrals.
• Accurately handle transactions, including withdrawals, deposits, and cash management, while adhering to established procedures.
• Balance your cash drawer daily and maintain attention to detail in all tasks.
• Collaborate with your team to achieve department goals and support a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay informed about industry trends and bank initiatives.
