$21.00/hr – $21.00/hr (base pay range)

• Collaborate with the field operations team to understand how each customer issue should be handled.
• Order parts, enter data between software systems, update reports, and perform related service‑request tasks.
• Answer incoming calls from and make outbound calls to existing customers requesting service on their windows/doors.
• Address customer concerns and work to resolve any issues they may be experiencing.
• Manage and maintain voicemails, emails, escalated customers, and online reviews.
• Collect information and research service requests, provide updates internally and externally, and maintain detailed notes on customer accounts throughout the service process.
• Communicate with the operations team in the field on current customer issues.

• Customer service experience and a proven ability to solve customer issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable using a CRM system and Microsoft Office.

• $21 per hour.
