As a Member Advisor you will be a trusted advisor to our members and process financial transactions.

• Accurately and efficiently assist members with transactions (cash handling)
• Problem solve and maintain member accounts
• Identify needs and recommend appropriate products and services
• Provide excellent member service
• Assist at other branches within the region as needed

• You are a problem solver, with attention to detail
• You have the ability to multi‑task and adapt to change
• You are a team player, but can also work independently
• You want a career opportunity and growth

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Previous Customer Service Experience
• Proficient Computer Skills
• Enthusiastic and Positive Attitude
