We are seeking a dedicated Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our dynamic team at a leading medical supply distribution company. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be the first point of contact for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process that sets the foundation for long-term partnerships.

• Manage the onboarding process for new customers, including account setup, product education, and system integration
• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding phase, providing exceptional support and guidance
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless transition from sales to operational delivery
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions tailored to customer needs
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve onboarding procedures and enhance customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
• Assist in developing onboarding materials, guides, and resources to streamline the process

• Proven experience in customer onboarding, sales support, or account management, preferably within the medical supply or healthcare industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to changing priorities
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of medical supplies, healthcare regulations, and supply chain processes is a plus
