Potative are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team. As a CSR, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met promptly and professionally. You will be responsible for managing inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing product and service information

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Assist customers with product information, order placement, and account inquiries.
• Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
