Salary: $40–$46 per hour + Super

Our client, a well-established paediatric dental practice based in Crows Nest, is seeking an experienced Senior Dental All-Rounder / Practice Manager to join their friendly team in the new year. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident and hands-on professional with a strong dental background who enjoys variety in their day. The role combines management responsibilities with clinical and operational support—ideal for someone who takes pride in leading a team while remaining involved in patient care.

• Oversee daily practice operations and staff coordination
• Support clinicians and team members across both clinical and administrative functions
• Assist with theatre sessions at the day hospital as required
• Manage rosters, patient scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day workflow
• Handle financial and administrative tasks as needed
• Maintain high standards of infection control, compliance, and patient experience

• Strong background in dental (paediatric or surgical experience highly regarded)
• Confident, proactive, and adaptable — comfortable stepping in wherever needed
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
