The Engineering Technician supports the day‑to‑day operation of the ETC (Engineering Technology Center) Process Engineering Laboratory (PEL) including compliance with applicable Lilly policies, interacting with supported or supporting agencies, and providing key input or feedback regarding laboratory operations.
Key Objectives/Deliverables- Good computer skills.
- Good verbal and written communications skills.
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Self‑starter capable of working independently with limited direction and guidance.
- Mechanically oriented with strong hands‑on capability.
- Three or more years of experience in manufacturing, or in a laboratory or pilot plant setting.
- Experience with processing and/or analytical instruments and equipment preferred.
- High School Diploma
