Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Custom Cabinetry & Millwork CAD Drafter to join our dynamic design and manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating precise, detailed CAD drawings for custom cabinetry and millwork projects, transforming conceptual designs into accurate technical plans. Your expertise will ensure seamless communication between design, engineering, and production teams, helping us deliver exceptional craftsmanship to our clients.

- Develop detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for custom cabinetry, millwork, and architectural projects using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Archi
CAD, Micro Station, or Rhinoceros 3D. - Create schematic layouts, construction details, and system designs that meet project specifications and client requirements.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and fabricators to refine drawings and ensure accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
- Utilize drafting standards and best practices to produce clear, precise schematics suitable for manufacturing and installation.
- Utilize AutoCAD or similar tools to draft and modify 2D/3D models.
- Review plans for consistency with building codes, safety standards, and construction protocols.
- Prepare presentation graphics or 2D animations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Proven experience with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Archi
CAD, Rhinoceros 3D, Micro Station or Solid Works. - Strong knowledge of schematic design, drafting principles, and construction documentation processes.
- Familiarity with interior design concepts, mechanical design principles, and system integration within cabinetry or millwork projects.
- Experience with graphic design tools like Sketch Up or Bluebeam is a plus for enhanced visualization and markup capabilities.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings, schematics, and technical specifications accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail combined with strong communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
