In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing temporary medical services to our clients in Paoli. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the well-being of patients and contributing to the success of our healthcare staffing solutions. You will be involved in a variety of projects, from covering medical leaves to supporting busy periods, all while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

• Provide comprehensive medical services to patients in the Obstetrics and Gynecology department.
• Conduct thorough examinations, evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
• Perform various procedures and surgeries as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
• Adhere to all relevant medical protocols, policies, and regulations.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff members.
• Participate in continuous education and training to stay current with medical advancements.

• Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution.
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Valid state medical license to practice in Paoli.
• Excellent clinical skills and knowledge in the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care.

Schedule:

24-hour call coverage, specific dates

Annual Volume: 110 births

Cases: C-sections

Team Structure: CRNA, 2 surgical team members
