Flexible schedule 35 patient hours a week Four-day work week optional for full-time NO weekends or evenings. - Employed

- Average Patients seen: 18 to 20 patients a day

- Salary range: $ to $241,000

Works EMR
Required:
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.) from an accredited school of medicine
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana
- Completion of an accredited Residency Program
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible (New Graduates are welcome to apply)- Commitment to the mission of Indiana Health Centers, Inc.
- Prefer working at an FQHC, CHC, or PCMH
