IU Health Medical Group North Region is actively recruiting a Primary Care Physician to join our team in Hartford City, Indiana. This clinic has a great long‑standing presence in the community with specialty providers onsite along with radiology, lab and pharmacy.

• Full‑time schedule; 4 or 5‑day work week options
• Opportunity to quickly build your practice with an established patient base
• Ability to provide all‑encompassing primary care for acute and chronic conditions
• Opportunity to perform screening colonoscopies
• Ability to perform small office procedures (such as laceration, wart removal, I&D)
• Opportunity to teach at the Family Medicine Residency program at IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital
• Easy drive to Ball State University
• 100% outpatient with limited call;
  Nurse Triage system to help with after‑hours call
• Residents graduating in 2025, 2026 and 2027 are encouraged to apply
