Locum Physician Anesthesiology

We are seeking qualified providers who can commit to a minimum of one week per month throughout the 2027 calendar year.

• Duration: 8-hour shifts only (10-hour shifts are not an option)

• May 3-7
• May 24-28
• June 1-4 (note: no shifts on May 31 due to Memorial Day)
• June 7-11
• June 14-18
• June 21-25
• June 28-July 2
• July 5-9
• July 12-16
• July 19-23
• July 26-30
• August 2-6
• August 9-13
• August 16-20
• October 4-8
• October 11-15
• October 18-22
• November 8-12
• November 29-December 3
• December 13-17
• December 20-23 (no shifts on December 24 for Christmas Eve)
• December 27-30 (note: no shifts on New Year's Eve)

• Board certified
• Valid IN License, CSR, and DEA registration
• Must be a drive-in candidate
• Willingness to sign Anesthesia Attestation for all procedures
• Must be fully credentialed with a locum tenens agency
• Provision of case logs is required
