• Procedures / Clinical Scope:
  Cardiac Angioplasty and Stent Placement
  , including Drug-Eluting Stents
  , Rotational Atherectomy
  , and Peripheral Vascular Procedures
• Support Staff / Resources:
  NP support
  , experienced Cardiology physician mentors, and advanced Cath Lab imaging resources
• Practice Setting: Clinic and Hospital

• MD or DO
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Non-Structural Interventional Cardiology
• Completed U.S. residency/fellowship training applicable to the specialty
• Active or eligible Indiana medical license
• Board eligibility must be current and meet immediate post-training examination requirements
• Current CV required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required upon hire
