Salary Range: $61,000 - $77,000 annually

Manchester University invites applications for a full‑time, 12‑month faculty position as the Assistant Professor of Nursing, depending on qualifications and experience. This faculty member will play a vital role in shaping the next generation of nurses through excellence in teaching, scholarship, and service.
What You’ll Do:- Deliver high-quality instruction in didactic and/or clinical nursing courses.
- Collaborate with faculty on curriculum development, innovative teaching methods, and student assessment.
- Serve as a professional role model for nursing students and colleagues.
- Engage in scholarly activities including discovery, application, integration, and teaching.
- Publish and present research findings at appropriate venues.
- Mentor students and colleagues in scholarly endeavors.
- Advise students and serve as a mentor for peers and student organizations.
- Actively support student success and preparation for the NCLEX.
- Participate in departmental and university planning, governance, and committees.
- Represent the program within the community and professional organizations.
- Master of Science in Nursing (required).
- Active Indiana RN license (or eligibility).
- Minimum of three years of academic nursing experience at the baccalaureate level.
- Demonstrated excellence in nursing practice and education.
- Evidence of scholarship and professional engagement.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
