As an Esthetics Instructor, you will educate and inspire aspiring estheticians in a supportive and engaging environment. Utilizing your expertise, you will guide students through practical application and theoretical understanding of esthetics practices such as skincare, makeup, and nail services, preparing them for success in their careers.

• Deliver engaging lectures and practical demonstrations in esthetics.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback.

• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a high standard of education.

• Active Esthetics license in the state of Indiana is required.
• Must hold an Indiana State Educator License for Beauty Culture.
• Prior experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
• Teaching or instructional experience is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for educating and mentoring future beauty professionals.
• Ability to adapt to various teaching styles to meet diverse student needs.
• Monday through Friday 5:00pm-10:00pm EST

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job‑related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
