As an Esthetics Instructor, you will educate and mentor students in the art and science of esthetics, covering essential topics such as skincare, makeup application, and advanced beauty techniques. • Must hold a valid Esthetics license in the state of Indiana
• Must have an Indiana State Educator License for Beauty Culture
• Previous experience in the esthetics field is preferred
• Teaching or instructional experience is highly beneficial
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
• A genuine passion for educating and guiding future beauty industry professionals
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning preferences

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
