As an Esthetics Instructor, you will educate and mentor students in the art and science of esthetics, covering essential topics such as skincare, makeup application, and advanced beauty techniques. • Deliver engaging theoretical and practical sessions in esthetics.
• Evaluate and assess students, providing feedback to enhance their skills.

• Develop and implement a curriculum that meets state educational standards.
• Work collaboratively with faculty to ensure educational excellence.

• Must hold a valid Esthetics license in the state of Indiana.
• Necessary to have an Indiana State Educator License for Beauty Culture.
• Previous experience in the esthetics field is preferred.
• Teaching or instructional experience is highly beneficial.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• A genuine passion for educating and guiding future beauty industry professionals.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate various learning preferences.

Pay Transparency:
The expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
