Position Overview

We are searching for a passionate Substitute Teacher to join our dynamic team in facilitating learning for our students in the absence of regular instructors. Your expertise in the beauty industry will empower students to enhance their skills and knowledge in a supportive environment.

• Must hold a valid Cosmetology or Esthetics License in the State of Indiana.
• Must have an active Beauty of Culture Educator License in the State of Indiana.
• Strong background in cosmetology/esthetics with practical experience is a plus.
• Previous teaching or training experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to various teaching scenarios and student needs.

In support of pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $20.00 and $24.00/hr actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
