Gray Road Baptist Church is seeking a full-time Head of School/Principal for its PK-6 educational program. This is an on-site role located in Greater Indianapolis. The Head of School/Principal will oversee all aspects of school operations, including curriculum development, daily education activities, staff management, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. Additionally, the role involves maintaining strong communication with parents, staff, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with the school’s mission and vision.

• Expertise in Curriculum Development and Education with a solid understanding of early childhood and elementary education requirements
• Strong skills in Educational Leadership and team management, fostering a supportive and effective staff environment
• Proficiency in Communication and the ability to engage with diverse audiences including staff, parents, and the broader community
• Ability to conduct Research and apply data-driven insights to continuously improve school operations and student outcomes
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
• Previous experience in an administrative or leadership role within a PK-6 educational setting
• Commitment to student and staff development, as well as the integration of faith principles into the learning environment
