Decision Point is seeking a Campus Minister for the Indianapolis Area Campus Ministry Staff. Decision Point is an evangelical nonprofit committed to equipping students to share the gospel on their school campuses and online.
We’re looking for a passionate ministry leader to help disciplestudents and strengthen church partnerships throughout the Indianapolis area. About the Role as an Indianapolis Area Campus Ministry Staff member, you’ll coach student leaders, build relationships with pastors and community leaders, and expand campus outreach.
This is a field-based role involves regular travel, mentoring, and ministry development.
Responsibilities- Equip Students. Partner with Churches. Reach the Next Generation for Christ.
- Disciple students and strengthen church partnerships throughout the Indianapolis area.
- Coach student leaders, build relationships with pastors and community leaders, and expand campus outreach.

- Has a passion for evangelism and student ministry
- Communicates and leads effectively
- Enjoys coaching and mentoring others
- Is organized, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Has ministry experience (preferred)
- Holds a bachelor’s degree (preferred, not required)

Indianapolis Area - Schedule:
Full-time (45+ hours/week) - Salary: $48,000–$64,000 annually
- Support Raising:
Staff raise personal prayer and financial support with ongoing training and coaching provided.
