Dynamic Instruction. Inclusive Communities. Measurable Impact.
Our organization is looking for a passionate, student-centered Elementary Special Education Teacher to join a forward-thinking school district in Indiana for the 2026–2027 school year. This position is tailor-made for an educator who excels at breaking down learning barriers and creating an inspiring classroom environment where diverse learners build confidence and achieve lasting academic milestones.

IEP Architecture: Design, implement, and track comprehensive IEPs, ensuring all benchmarks align with student development and state regulations.
Curriculum Engineering: Adapt and differentiate classroom materials, lessons, and teaching methodologies to accommodate distinct learning styles.
Data-Driven Growth: Collect, analyze, and leverage student performance metrics to continuously refine and optimize your instructional strategies.
Collaborative Advocacy: Spearhead IEP meetings and maintain transparent, consistent communication with families, specialists, and school staff.
Requirements- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Special Education, Education, or a related field.
- Ability to provide instruction and support across diverse educational settings.
- Valid Indiana teaching license with the appropriate Special Education credential/endorsement.
