We are seeking a skilled and licensed electrician with experience in installing solar panels to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, a passion for renewable energy, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and solar panel installations for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
• Perform electrical wiring, connections, and testing of solar panels to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the best placement and configuration of solar electrical equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues related to solar panel systems and provide effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Provide excellent customer service, including educating clients on the benefits and operation of solar energy systems.

• Valid electrician license (required).
• Proven experience in electrical installations and maintenance.
• Specific experience in installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar panel systems.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Certification in solar energy systems (e.g., NABCEP certification).
• Experience with energy storage systems and battery backups.
