The Project Manager is an organized, service‑orientated individual responsible for managing projects for a variety of customers. The role communicates with departments, vendors, employees, and customers to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget, and suggests additional services to enhance safety and efficiency.
Responsibilities- Inspect, test, troubleshoot, perform startup and collect data of low, medium and high voltage (to 500kV) electrical systems.
- MCC’s, breakers and moderately complex relay calibration and power metering. Test and calibrate electro‑mechanical and solid‑state relays.
- Low, medium and high voltage switch gear and circuit breaker testing. Rotate emergency on‑call duty and respond to customer emergencies.
- Order material and subcontract services as needed; use purchase order and subcontract agreement.
- Follow up on deliveries, meet customers on‑site to review needs, schedule jobs, generate work orders and prioritize schedules.
- Generate accurate detailed reports, provide technical support to field service personnel, and field supervise projects as required.
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends, holidays and night work; available for out‑of‑town work.
- Observe all safety rules, best practices and company policies.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and a minimum of 5 years NETA testing related experience.
- Active NETA III or IV certification preferred.
- Ability to read and understand complex blueprints, schematics, parts lists and additional technical materials for troubleshooting.
- Experience in a testing environment.
- Effective verbal and written communication with customers and peers.
- Dependable, responsible, good judgment and organizational skills.
- Good customer service, time management and follow‑up skills.
- Self‑management of assigned projects and job cost accountability within budgeted cost estimates.
- Able to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks; customer‑focused.
- Focus on accuracy and efficiencies.
- Valid driver’s license if required for company vehicle.
Job: Full‑Time
Location: Indianapolis, IN
Travel: Up to 50% travel
Compensation: $45.00 – $60.00 per hour, eligible for overtime
Relocation: Relocation assistance available for highly qualified candidates

Physical Demands: Lifting or moving a maximum of 50 lbs daily; crawling, climbing, standing for long periods; working in non‑ideal conditions, and computer work.
