Solar Energy Solutions (SES) is excited to announce an opening for a Solar Installer in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals who have a passion for renewable energy and are eager to contribute to our mission of providing sustainable solar solutions. As a pivotal member of our installation team, you will be responsible for the complete installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems at residential and commercial properties throughout Indianapolis.

• Install solar PV panels, inverters, and battery storage systems on rooftops and ground mounts.
• Assemble and mount racking systems for solar arrays.
• Perform electrical wiring, ensuring compliance with NEC and local building codes.
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of solar energy systems.
• Ensure safety protocols and best practices are followed on site.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installations, customer interactions, and project timelines.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in solar energy or related field preferred.
• Experience in solar installation or related construction/trade work is a plus.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and physically demanding environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
• Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
• Desire to pursue further certifications in solar technology is encouraged.
