As a Wind Site Technician, you will maintain and repair wind turbines, ensuring reliable energy delivery. You will work closely with a team to troubleshoot, inspect, and improve turbine performance while adhering to strict safety protocols.

• Maintain and repair wind turbines to keep communities powered.
• Adhere to all safety protocols, perform regular safety inspections.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance turbine performance and share best practices.
• Document all work activities and continuously improve operational processes.
• Accurately log task duration and progress to support operational efficiency.

• At least 6 months of Wind Technician certification, or 1 year of wind turbine experience, or 2 years in mechanical or electrical fields.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and an engaged approach to responsibilities.
• Safety‑conscious and committed to best practices.
• Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Physically fit, comfortable working in various conditions and at heights.
• Ability to speak, read and follow instructions in English.
• High school diploma (or equivalent), a valid driver’s license, and legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
