Project Engineer, Structural Engineer

We are looking for a Structural Engineer with 3–5 years of progressive experience in building design to join our team in a collaborative, multi-discipline environment. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse and exciting projects using cutting-edge software and design tools.

The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers and engineering staff to design structures and prepare drawings and specifications. Strong communication skills and hands-on design experience are essential.

• Perform structural analysis based on sound engineering principles for various structural systems and components.
• Design gravity and lateral load-resisting systems for steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures in compliance with applicable building codes (IBC, etc.).
• Advance project development by guiding and reviewing design coordination, detailing, and drawing production.
• Communicate effectively with clients and multidisciplinary design teams through written reports and verbal discussions.
• Prepare technical documentation and reports.
• Review contractor submittals, answer RFIs, and conduct site visits to ensure conformance with structural design intent.
• Carry out other related tasks as needed.
