As a Firmware Engineering Manager, you will lead the design, implementation and validation of a completely new protocol whilst optimizing and growing your team to drive R&D innovation.

Base Pay Range$ – $ per year
The Role- Manage, develop and grow your team to deliver results
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across the organization
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines and resources
- Experience with leading a team responsible for wireless SoC firmware engineering
- Strong hands‑on engineer
- Deep understanding of design and development flows, real‑time constraints, concurrency and wireless networks
- Experience partnering with hardware teams
