HII-Mission Technologies is seeking a motivated Engineering Technician to work with our team in Crane, IN. The role will support System Prototyping and Manufacturing of various components. The selected candidate will be working in a fast‑paced, cutting‑edge environment alongside a small engineering team.

• Set up and operate various manual as well as CNC machining equipment.
• Inspect and document under ISO 9001 requirements various parts using precision inspection equipment.
• Be willing to learn and utilize other various fabrication equipment as well as forklift training and operation.
• Utilize and maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Work with others and add input to a team environment.

• AA or other 2‑year technical degree in related discipline and 0 years experience, or HS + 2 years related (DoD/USN) experience.
• G‑Code programming knowledge.
• Experience operating manual as well as CNC machining equipment.
• Proficient in use of inspection equipment.
• Able to interpret and create machined parts from detailed drawings.
• Ability to work with others and add input to a team environment.
• Ability and willingness to work independently with little oversight or direction.

• Solidworks CAD/CAM experience.
• HAAS CNC Lathe/Mill experience.
• 5‑Axis Machining Center operation experience.
